Arlie is the lead pastor of Roots Church, a non-denominational congregation in St. Johns, FL.  He enjoys eating good food from the grill, and going to the beach, especially with his wife and six beautiful kids.

A big part of Arlie’s ministry has been leading worship and songwriting. He directed the student music ministry program at Oral Roberts University when Keri Jobe, Jared Anderson, and Jon Eagan were students. Some of his original songs are available on Apple Music and Spotify.

While in full-time ministry, Arlie received a Masters in Practical Theology from Regent University and a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is passionate about communicating God’s Word and applying it to everyday life.
